WHY THIS EVENT?
Over the years, we have witnessed the world condition #leadership roles in #gender-biased manners and we have taken it upon ourselves as a community to inspire more women and girls to build their capacity and take up leadership roles in their various environments and workplaces.
EVENT FOCUS:
The event is packed with keynote speeches and a panel discussion that will highlight effective strategies that would help the woman in building and sustaining her #brand, her #career path and her social capital.
The event will also help facilitate access to information via shared experiences from professionals in order to activate a shift that will enable women stand up for themselves and their rights while helping to curb the level of underrepresentation of women across boards and in areas where it matters.
